A date grid displaying a single month with day selection.
Date Range Selection
Click a start date, then an end date. Every day between the two renders in the in-range style, and hovering after the first click previews the candidate range. Selection is stored as a date, not a day number, so it survives the month arrows — pick a start in one month, page forward, and pick the end in another.
